Payments and Earnings

Reward shown before work

Every reservable job shows its worker reward, estimated time, available slots, instructions, and proof requirement. A job poster funds the campaign and pays per accepted completion.

Review and approval

After proof is submitted, the poster has 48 hours to review it against the published requirements. Eligible submissions are automatically approved when that review window expires. Rejected submissions show a reason and can be disputed.

Pending and available earnings

Approved rewards first move to Pending Earnings. After the 3-day hold, eligible earnings move to the available balance. The wallet separates pending, available, and spent amounts so members can see what is withdrawable.

Withdrawals

The current withdrawal rail is USDT on TRON (TRC20), and the minimum request is 10 USDT. Members must verify the destination address and network before submitting because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

Risk review

Withdrawal checks can consider duplicate accounts, wallet reuse, account age, request velocity, unusual balance extraction, and other abuse signals. A request can be held for manual review when those checks identify elevated risk.

Public proof standard

A public payment record must be tied to a completed withdrawal and a verifiable transaction identifier. Demo data, seeded records, manually written testimonials, and private wallet details are not published as payment proof.
